A fly on the wall is my favorite way to hang out at parties—so why not add a camera to the mix?
I started bringing my camera with me, and snapping the evening away as I was experiencing it—details of the evening that mostly went un-noticed— the drop of water on the glass, the child playing on the floor or even the mother cooking in the kitchen.
It is in the subtle details of our lives that make the memories last. Through photography, I am finding I am able to share a little more closely with others the way I am capturing the world around me.
